01

Scope

This policy applies to PuzzleGame.win, including its public pages, game catalog, daily challenge, leaderboards, and service APIs. It does not replace the privacy terms of a third-party game provider whose game opens inside an embedded frame.

02

Information we collect

Technical request data. Our hosting and security provider may process IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and security signals when your browser connects to the site.

Anonymous identifiers. We use an HTTP-only browser identifier and short-lived rate-limit records to operate daily attempts, prevent replay, and protect service endpoints.

Game activity. We may receive game started, score, and level events together with a provider-qualified game ID and anonymous session ID. Third-party events are treated as client-reported.

Daily challenge results. Attempt timing, selected path, calculated score, and an anonymous display identity may be stored for the first-party leaderboard.

Messages you send. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information included in your message.

03

How we use information

We use information to deliver pages and games, operate anonymous sessions, verify first-party daily challenge submissions, maintain leaderboards, understand aggregate game usage, detect abuse, diagnose failures, secure the service, and respond to support, rights, or privacy requests. We do not use client-reported third-party scores as verified leaderboard results.

04

Cookies and local storage

An HTTP-only cookie supports anonymous site sessions and daily challenge controls. The recently played list is stored under a browser local-storage key on your device. It is not synchronized by PuzzleGame.win and can be removed from the Recently played page or through your browser settings. Embedded providers may use their own cookies or storage under their policies.

05

Third-party games and service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, network security, request processing, and the D1 and KV storage used by the site. Games supplied by distribution partners, currently including GamePix, run in embedded frames and connect directly to provider-controlled domains. A provider may process device, advertising, consent, or gameplay data while its game is open. Review the provider notices shown in or around the game for details.

06

Sharing and selling

We disclose information to service providers when needed to host, secure, maintain, or support the site; when required by law; or when necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights. PuzzleGame.win does not sell the personal information it collects. Third-party game providers control their own processing.

07

Data retention

We keep service data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type and infrastructure setting. Local recently played history remains on your device until you clear it. Contact messages may be retained while a request is active and for a reasonable recordkeeping period afterward.

08

Security

We use access controls, transport encryption, provider-origin checks, request validation, and server-side verification for first-party challenge results. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send sensitive personal information through a general support email.

09

Children's privacy

PuzzleGame.win is a general-audience service and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Some games may be family-friendly, but embedded providers set their own audience, consent, and advertising practices. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can review the request.

10

International processing

The service and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. Infrastructure and provider safeguards apply according to the services used.

11

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal information associated with you. Because most activity is anonymous, we may not be able to connect an anonymous browser record to a specific person without additional information. We may verify a request before acting on it.

12

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. For a privacy question or request, use the contact page and choose “Privacy or data request.”
