By accessing or using PuzzleGame.win, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

Using the service
PuzzleGame.win lets visitors discover and open browser-based puzzle games. You may use the public site for lawful personal use. Do not interfere with site security, probe non-public systems, automate abusive traffic, submit false score events, impersonate another person, distribute malware, scrape the service in a way that degrades it, or use the site to violate another person's rights.

Third-party games
Most games are supplied and operated by independent distribution providers or developers and run inside an embedded frame. Those parties control the game code, advertising, optional purchases, cookies, content, and availability. Their terms and privacy notices may apply inside the game. A listing on PuzzleGame.win is curation for discovery, not ownership of or endorsement of every statement, advertisement, or offer shown by a provider.

Scores and leaderboards
A score sent by an embedded third-party game is treated as client-reported because PuzzleGame.win cannot independently inspect every game session. Only a first-party challenge whose result is checked by the server is labeled server-verified. We may reject, correct, hide, or remove results that are malformed, duplicated, automated, manipulated, or inconsistent with the applicable game rules. Leaderboards are provided for recreation and do not create a right to a prize, ranking, or permanent record.

Availability and changes
The catalog, categories, game embeds, features, and provider integrations may change without notice. A game can be removed when it becomes unavailable, leaves the puzzle theme, duplicates another listing, creates a security or rights concern, or no longer meets publishing checks. We do not promise uninterrupted access, continued support for a specific title, or preservation of local browser history.

Intellectual property and rights reports
The PuzzleGame.win name, site design, original copy, taxonomy, and first-party code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party games, names, artwork, trademarks, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. To report a copyright, trademark, or other rights concern, send the exact page URL, identify the protected work or right, explain your authority and the basis of the report, and provide reliable contact details. We may share relevant report details with the provider so the issue can be investigated.

When you send a correction, suggestion, or support message, you permit us to use the information to investigate, respond, improve the service, and maintain an appropriate record.
