Today's little patch of possibility

Everyone receives the same 6×6 meadow with seven hidden mines and the same marked safe opening. Begin with the shining pebble to reveal a zero clearing. Every open number counts mines in its eight surrounding tiles, including diagonals. Reveal all the safe ground to complete the challenge. The mine positions stay fixed for the entire UTC day.

Choose Flag to mark a suspected mine and Reveal to uncover a tile. Tap an open number with exactly that many neighbouring flags to clear its remaining neighbours together. Flags are your notes, not confirmed answers: incorrect flags can cause that shortcut to hit a mine. Desktop players can right-click to flag; all controls also work by touch and keyboard.

Every daily board has a checked logical route from its opening. Hint describes a deduction and highlights its source clues. The first daily hint asks for confirmation before charging 300 points. Hints are counted by the server, with a maximum of ten charged hints in an attempt. Reopening the same hint without making another move does not charge twice.

Daily mine locations and unopened clues stay on the server. A connection is needed for each action. If a reply is interrupted, use Retry action; the request identifier ensures an accepted action is not played twice. A connection failure does not pretend that a tile is safe. Local practice remains available while the daily connection is unavailable.

A verified clear adds a named meadow pin to this browser's collection. Completing practice or uncovering a mine does not earn a pin. The server computes score and time; there are at most twenty daily starts per anonymous browser and each attempt lasts up to thirty minutes. A verified daily clear counts toward Today and your streak, alongside the other official daily games. Practice does not change daily progress.
